Our Policy
You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Men’s Underwear (including Boxer Briefs, Briefs, and products from the Fly or Packs collections)
- Mens Swim products
All other items, including Dresses, Pajamas, and Long Leg wear, are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and display it on your statement.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment.
