- Flat rate: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
